Super Breakout

Review by DragonEmperor

"Very Addictive and Fun!"

In the beginning there was Tetris which started the whole thing and has evolved very nicely into many other game similar to Tetris and Super Breakout is one of them.

Gameplay--No doubt the best part of the game would be the addictive gameplay. S. Breakout is simple you have colored blocks that you match together and get rid of. There are many things that can either help of make things worse for you, such as; missiles, bombs, extra blocks etc.. The game has a numerous amount of levels (never got around to counting them) which are unique in there own with different way and the levels get faster and harder with every level which makes it even more fun to play till you're broke hehe. Now I'm not saying that everyone will like this game cause its true not everyone would but once you play you will be hooked I guarantee. Fast and addictive is all you need to know to play this game.

Graphics--Mediocre graphics that add as much detail as a piece of paper with just words on them. Alright they're not that bad but I just wanted to give you an idea. Anyways this game has decent graphics especially since it came out 6-7 years ago. The backgrounds do look nice and add a little feel to the gameplay which is always needed. The blocks look as good as it did in the NES Tetris but just a little more smooth and clean. Well obviously graphics weren't a factor for this game and it could've been simple as pong but it still would be addictive.

Audio--A good score of music to accompany you through each level and never gets old. The music for some level is simple but catchy and is not annoying or irritating like a lot of that kind of music. None of the music is too long but it fits the game like a nail to a board so its all good.

Replayability--Very addictive, fun, entertaining, and all around great makes this a quarter magnet and is always nice to bring a little extra just incase. This is definitely one to play all the way through just for the increase difficulty and fast paced action.

Buy/rent?--Indeed, well I really have never seen a place where you can rent this but if you do then tell me about cause it would be good for a laugh. Anyways a lot of newer arcades probably won't even carry it but a local arcade that has been there awhile or a friend that might have the machine is your best bet. It never to ask about buying the system depending on the quality of the machine prices will range from $900-1500 or less if you get it from an auction.

Play it right now you fool!
