X-Men vs. Street Fighter

"Three Words: Great. Game. Period"

What a great Game people. It is so much fun figuring out the team for you. Personally, my team is Magneto and Wolverine. Here is the breakdown on this game:

Graphics:10
Of course if you are a 2D fighter fan you have to give this a 10, what other choice do you have? Really, graphics really arent supposed to be the greatest thing in a 2D fighting game. And it really upsets me when I see people marking down great games for the graphics, it really does.

Sound:8
I really dont care about the sound, does it affect the way you play the game? Com'on, tell the truth. But the reason I gave an 8,is because the sound was too realistic. I like cartoonish sound with a 2D fighter. Your probably are sick of my 2D fighter thing, but I love them and I want them to be perfect. And an example of a perfect 2D fighter is X-Men vs. Street Fighter

Controls:10
Oh yes, these controls are perfect. The six button configuration works too well with this game. They are responsive and fun to control. Thats one of the major reasons I love this game. If you were to play this on the Playstation, which I have and think is a horrible clone of the arcade version,you just would'nt have as much fun, for two reasons: you cant randomly mash buttons to get out of bad situations, and they are not lined up the way you would like them to be lined up.

Gameplay:10+++
You cant beat the gameplay of a game like this. This game pits your favorite X-Men and Street Fighter fighters in a great 2D fighting game. You choose from your two favorites from both sides or just one. As I already told my favorites are Magneto and Wolverine. And the tag format is just awesome. If one of your fighters is in a bad situation, just tag in your other fighter. Works awesome. There is one round in play and it lasts about 2:00 I think, its been awhile since I have looked at the clock. But the one round format works good. The one player game is not as good as multiplayer though. I personally love the feeling of beating the crap out of my cousin, who is considered one of the best 2D fighters in my state. Although the one player game is fun, multiplayer is alot better.

Graphics are great, gameplay is great and controls are great. Go to your local arcade and look for this game NOW!!!
