"Where are my quarters???"

Apparently the people outside the movie theater knew what they were doing putting this game outside, it always drew lots of people and stole their laundry quarters.

You really cant expect much out of this game in terms of graphics because its not a game that will wow you with ''eye candy''. The graphics aren't necessarily bad because it is a pretty old game. They are enough to keep you playing the game however.

You know why i have it a story? its a basketball game!. in place of a story it has a challenge mode. A challenge mode would be like you just going around like a bum getting people to play you in a basketball game on the opposing teams. after you beat the teams you get to pick a player from their team and you abduct them and place them on your team.
Sound:2/10
The sounds in this game get really old really fast, the commentators say the same thing all the time, and they say it quite often. the music is very poor and it sounds like very cheesy pornography music from the early 70's. some of the things said are quite funny so its not that bad all the time, but it really is unbearable.
Maybe if the grunting noises from the players weren't so loud and the noises from the rims were so bad the sound would be pretty decent.
Replay value:0/10
This game has absolutely 0 replay value, in fact after you beat a couple of good teams and abduct their players you are set for the whole game, I personally got bored after facing the 15th team. by then i had assembled an all-star cast of players that just could not be defeated.
Rent or buy
I seriously suggest renting this game, you will get bored of it so quickly that you wont want to trust buying any other basketball game again. there are major points about this game that keep it from being too bad, the create a character system is pretty good. there are lots of heads to customize and to create a truly great character you need to beat a lot of good teams. And if your having a party and don't want to go through boring play by play action and want super dunks, fire rims, and fast paced action this game is definitely for you. Otherwise i seriously think you should read a lot of reviews before wasting your money on this game.
