"An underrated game"

Bemani has come up with a fantastic game again, this time a stimulatory ''DJ'' game system where there are 5 easy-to-tap keys and a real turntable! No surprise as Japan has many of this sort of stimulation games. Luckily Singapore has it and one day, while strolling in the arcade without any game I haven't played yet, I saw this game half-hidden amongst the bigger and more colorful game machines. Intrigued, I decided to play it and it was totally awesome!

Graphics: 3/10 ~ Not that good in my opinion ~

The graphics were not that good, but who cares? I mean, we don't pay money to look at the pictures at the middle of the screen right? Though they *could* have improved it a little better. But otherwise, it's quite ok. I suppose if there is any other future versions, they could improve on the graphics.

Sound: 10/10 ~ The most awesome part of this game! ~

Now this is where this game excels!!! From songs like House to Eurobeat, this game has music difficulty categories from super easy to super hard! Music is pleasant and not cracked like some similar machines, In other words, fantabulous! Confirmed to get you experimenting on every single song until you can memorize it! (well at least i have! ^_^)

Gameplay: 7/10 ~ Not so bad, but not so good either ~

There are five keys, 2 blue and 3 white and a turntable. Tapping on the keys on the machine I was playing on did not always result in a desired effect. Maybe after a few years the keys have worn out. But still, the keys are medium sized, not too small and not too big which is perfect for such a game. So-so controlling.

Replay Value: 9/10 ~ Definitely! Replay over and over again!

Lots of songs, 2 player features ( wish they could accomodate more players), alternative hidden options will
keep you playing until you're practically begging your friends for money to play this game again!

This game is superb, just that its kind of small for anyone to actually notice. The songs are difficult at the later stages so you will always come back and play it for a very, very long time. ;) If this game is out in your arcades, go check it out! I guarantee you will be addicted to it after one song, flat. That's how great this game is. Until next time!
