"An Interesting and stragetic racing game..."

Though the game's artwork may be similar to Sega's Initial D: Arcade Stage (Ver.1 and 2), it's not the same author, therefore not the same story, or at least that's what I think but I may be wrong ^^; Anywho, onto the review...

Gameplay 9/10
Amazing, with many cars in the way (which can be a good and bad thing -_-; ) and with a 1v1 or 2 O_o...well, anyways, you're a random character (depending on what car you choose from) and you go onto the freeway located in Tokyo of course and you drive along battling 1 rival after another. The gameplay is great but can piss you off at times because if you crash into a wall or car, you are as good as dead :b Oh yeah, not to mention you have a time limit and a life gauge.

Sound/Music 9/10
The music is amazing, well, it's instrumental music but gets you into driving on the freeway at high speeds. The sound is great with the engine roaring etc. Very nice.

Difficulties 9/10
The game was pretty complicated because it gets harder and harder as the game goes on and the AI for the computers is not too bad because they know how to block and sometimes they even rammed me into a wall O_o...but anywho, the game is pretty complicated, get ready for a battle and wasting coins :b

Replayability 9/10
Not really, there's arcade and time attack, so, you can use time attack for just playing for fun but also there are alot of cars to play, for example the Toyota Supra, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo etc. Lots of cars here (not as much as Gran Turismo 3: A-Spec though ^^; )

Rent OR Buy: RENT
....You know the answer here, you cannot buy this sucker because it host more than 2k or something like that (well, unless you're rich O_o...give me your address and I'll send you the system :b), just visit your local arcade and play it from there :b well, if you arcade even has it...O_o...so, it's RENT!!

Yeah, this game a superb to play against friends and family etc., very fun and very interesting as well with the story line, and lots of cars and interesting characters, too bad you don't know what they're saying because it's in Japanese (well, at my place it is...) but anywho, it's not as big as Initial D but it's worth a try to play.
