"Zombie fighting can't get any BETTER!"

This is a review for Zombie Revenge for the Arcade. There is a lot of survival horror games in the arcade. But nothing compares to this game which in my list of all time favorite arcade games, makes the list at #1. It took me about $7 and about 2 hours, but it was worth every minute!

Graphics: (8) Very good graphics for its time, still today it is great. The character models are a bit blocky, but you can barely notice. Zombies just look fantastic and realistic, from the skater dude zombie to the man zombie. Even the environments are fully 3D and you can just about use anything in it.

Sound: (7) Standard horror music with some beat to it. Gunfire is somewhat realistic but I still think games should showcase actual gun fire not something like breaking glass and so on. Even the voice-acting is kind of cheesy but fits into the story.

Game Play: (10) Best part of this game is the game play. First zombie game I have seen where you can beat the zombies up along with shooting them. A good selection of weapons and melee. Everything from a shotgun to a driller. You can basically use almost anything in the environment which adds to the awesome game play already at hand. Which adds to the suspense, if you die and other people are playing with you, if you don't re-join, then you become a zombie and your friends have to kill you!

Storyline (If any): (10) An evil guy decides to do a lot of bad stuff make zombies and stuff, typical storyline which makes it so great. You are casted as either three people, two guys and one girl. And you have to stop the evil guy in a certain amount of time.

Summary: (8.75) If anyone likes zombie games and have like $5 on you, I say play this game if it is at your local arcade. Trust me you are going to enjoy this game, especially if you have two other people to play with! So go and play!
