Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
Review by Buff McNoggin
"The TMNT Address"
Four score amd many years ago our fore father arcade game makers brought forth a great game to arcades: Concieved in the need to find something fun to do after eating pizza and dedicated to the proposition that your quarter be well spent.
Gameplay/Controls
Teenage mutant ninja turtles is a sidescroller fighter. You pick your character from a group of four playable turtles. Leonardo, Donetello, Rapehel and Michealangelo. You have two buttons one for swinging your weapon and one for jumping. You have an eight eightway joystick for full movement. You have to go from stage to stage fighting foot soldiers and and other enemies. There is a boss at the end of each that must be defeated to get to the next. The Arcade version of this game is very challenging, much more than the nes version. If you aint good alone or can't work as a team you will get your shell shocked faster the Alex P. Keaton gets slapped by Ned Donnelly,

Sound
The in game sounds in this game rule. You have all the hitting smashing sounds that make you want a keep going, from the smack of the foot soldier against the wall to the crack of the fire hydrant to shredders famous laugh as he jumps out the window. The games music has the awesome cartoon turtle theme and the other stage music is equally good. The Krang battle music has been my favorite! 10/10
Graphics
The intro screen is great. You have a big nice blue background with the turtle sign big and out in front. It has the red design with Teenage Mutant Ninja AND TURTLES big and in green. When the game is in demo mode it does the awesome music intro sequence. It has a manhole and the turtles pop out and the theme song kicks in. The sequence has bright rays of pink that beam out of the manhole divits and the each turtle flies out one at time. They are done well for the moving animations and for when they come right out at your face, The turtles in game look great. They have there colored headbands and weapons are done nice so you know excatly what your carrying. Their green color is light so the shading would work. The enemies are mainly foot soldiers. They come in a variety of colors. The color represents what kind of foot soldier they are. The foot soldiers are done well enough to to look like the cartoon version. Odd shaped headed robot ninja that explode when killed. The bosses are just awesome. The all are fairly big with the exception of the last one and the third.
Their colors are done well enough to match their cartoon counterparts. For example Bebop has his same light pink skin and purple mohawk. 10/10
Replayability
With a game like this that will never be forgetten its always a good trip down memory lane. It never gets old
