Introduction

I never thought a game this old could be so interesting and appealing. It has been an honour to play this game and I would like other people to experience the glory that I endured because of how awesome it is.

This is a football game. You basically have to keep control of a football and then kick it over the line which would count as a goal. Sound simple? Not quite because it's highly challenging as you end up going face to face against teams that are bankrolled. The computer AI isn't particularly impressing which is suggested by the constant use of boring and cheating tactics.

Story

You have to collect as many points as you can from 38 matches and by winning you get 3 points, by drawing you get 1 point and nothing if you lose. Your hardest opponent will be Chelsum, a team that has too much money and use this to buy the League title, so you have to think smartly and try to outplay all the other teams and hope karma hits Chelsum.

You will also encounter some other types of tasks, such as cup competitions, which is a great addition because it means you will be kept busy and entertained which I believe is very important for a successful game.

Graphics/Sound

The graphics aren't particularly impressive, especially with the current technology. But let this not influence your decision to check this game out. It is highly entertaining and will keep you playing for a good couple of years.

The sound tracks integrated in the game are one of the best I've ever witnessed. You can easily find a game that will have very frustrating music that plays continuously but luckily this game has some excellent tunes.

Conclusion

This game is excellent (even by today's standards) and it will keep you entertained for a good while. It's very unpredictable and highly challenging as there is a twist round every corner which will leave you amazed. You should certainly check this game out, and you can get it on the cheap now - worth every penny. If you love sports and have a passion for football, you'll be right at home and will enjoy every goal and every success you achieve.
