Press ' to bring up the Console Window. Enter the following codes in to turn on the corresponding cheat.

Big Head Mode = bignoggin
Mega Head Mode = meganoggin
Big chests when breathing = 1-900
Big hands and feet = clodhopper
Stumpy Models = stumpy
2D Models = turnpunchkick

God Mode = avatargod
Team God = teamgod
Refill Items = 5fingerdiscount
Turn Off Victory Conditions = explore

Fart Mode
For fart mode push '' and type in SILENT BUT DEADLY and push '' again. Your character now will fart whenever he/she moves.

Invincibility
For invincibility type in TEAMGOD at the chat window.

No AI
For no computer AI type in NOBRAINER at the chat window.

Unlimited Grenades
At any time during a mission, press and hold the button to throw a frag. Immediately after letting go of the button (throwing the frag) press the Home key. Continue pressing it every second or so (after each frag) untill the number of grenades in your inventory drops to a negative number. Then you may stop, and you will have unlimited grenades.
