Unlock Granny	While in any mode of play, Pause, then start a new run 15 times
Unlock THPS 1 Burnside	Beat the game 100% with every rider.
Unlock THPS 1 Warehouse	Get a 200,000 + point combo.
Unlock Tony Hawk	Beat the game 100% with any rider.
