Enable Various Cheat Codes
On the title screen, left click the top left corner of the gray border and type "y o g" without moving the mouse. A sound will play to signify that the cheats have been enabled, and once a new game is started the following commands will be available.
Note that when controlling a mad monk, the monk will have the same controls as you have setup for player 2. You can switch which monk you control by hitting tab.
