I. Version History
Version 1.00 - The walkthroughs are complete to the best of
my knowledge. With a little saving/reloading
and perhaps a bit of replay, all cg/memories
should also be complete. I've run through the
game several times in an effort to confirm this.

II. Introduction
Version 1.00
These walkthroughs are simply the routes I took to get the various
endings for the game, which I am not going to provide a synopsis
for - if you're reading this, I'd hope you already have the game,
and hopefully you bought it and didn't pirate it. Support your
bishoujo game companies so that they can bring us more great, fun
games. If there are any graphics, etc that I've managed to miss,
please let me know at sranmaj@yahoo.com.
I haven't yet taken the time to go through and try to get alternate
paths for the various endings. I do, however, know that alternate
routes to ending exist. It just takes long enough getting them all
in first place - Suffice to say these walkthroughs should eventually
get you all of the endings and all of the CG.
Before you proceed any farther into this file, a final warning.
This is NOT a strategy guide, FAQ, or hints file, nor is it
intended as such. What follows are lists of choices to make in
order to get all the endings. These paths will also obtain all
the CG available to my knowledge. Again, if I happen to be missing
something, let me know and I'll see if I can't find anything that
might be missing. Since this is only a walkthrough, and I'm assuming
that you own the game, I'm not going to waste more space with the
whole "system requirements", "story intro", "characters" sections -
after this already-lengthy intro, all there will be is an ending
list and the walkthroughs for said endings. Pretty much everything
else is already detailed in the little booklet that came with the
game.
Some CG may require saving and re-loading, or simply playing the
game through again. These points are generally remarked on in the
walkthroughs, though it's entirely possible I've missed some. In
addition, it appears that some CG is only available after
_watching_ the credits through on each of the "Best" endings. I
discovered this on one of my replays when I skipped the credits.
Hopefully you're only using these walkthroughs as a last resort
to get that one ending or two that you're just stumped on. The
game's far too much fun to skip playing it just to follow a
boring old walkthrough ^_^.
If there's some confusion in some of these paths, apologies. Two of
"best" endings eluded me for quite some time, and I've got over 10
pages of notes, several of which lead to the same bloody "other"
endings multiple times.
Feel free to post this faq elsewhere, so long as the content doesn't
get changed. Do NOT, however, link to it directly from wherever you
found it -- keep your own local copy on your own site.
Enough rambling on my part. Here's how I got the various endings,
in order by Number, with Title, and the Title that appears in the
"Load" page in parentheses if different (they sometimes differ
from the booklet and from the Title as given when you get the
ending).

III. Ending List:
Since the booklet only tells us which are "Best" endings and
which are "Normal"/"Bad" (lumped together), I've tried to make
some calls on which are "Normal" and which are "Bad". In general,
"Normal" Endings are going to have some colour scenes in the
"Aftermath"/"Epilogue" portion. "Bad" endings tend to have no real
scenes, and end on a black and white background image. There's one
or two exceptions to this, I did the best I could sorting them.

V. Minigames and Quizzes
These are listed in the order you will come across them playing
the endings in order as outlined above. Hopefully they're clear
enough to be of help.
<BATTLE FORCE>
--------------
This is a sort of fighting game. You choose one of three
characters, and your opponent's character is dependent
on your own. The object is to reduce your opponent's HP to
0 (or below, not that you'll see it).
The three choices and their starting stats are:
Paladin (100/100 HP, 50/100 MP)
Sage (100/100 HP, 50/100 MP)
Werecat (100/100 HP, 0/100 MP)
Paladin - you will fight the Sage.
Sage - you will fight the Werecat.
Werecat - you will fight the Paladin.
Aside from what is required for each individual ending,
you will receive CG for beating the game as each character.
In the game, you will have a list of choices. These are
similar for each character, with slight differences.
Paladin:
Attack Flee
Magic Defend
Secret Attacks Check Magic
Status (HP/MP) Check Secret Attacks
Sage:
Attack Flee
Attack Magic Defend
Support Magic Check Attack Magic
Status (HP/MP) Check Support Magic
Werecat:
Attack Flee
Special Abilities Defend
Secret Attacks Check Special Abilities
Status (HP/MP) Check Secret Attacks
Attack is the same for all characters. Basic low-damage hit.
Flee is the same for all characters. It does nothing and
causes no response.
Defend is apparently the same as Flee for all characters.
Status (HP/MP) is the same for all characters. It reports your
current HP/MP.
The "Check" abilities just describe the various abilities.
They are described below.
Paladin:
Magic:
Lightning: Electrical attack magic
(damages opponent)
Cost: 5 MP
Healing: Restoration Magic
(Recovers HP)
Cost: 20 MP
Energy Drain: Attack and restoration magic
(Recovers HP, damages opponent)
Cost: 10 MP May fail.
Secret Attacks:
Sonic Blade: Wind attack magic
(damages opponent)
Cost: 40 HP
Magic Exchange: Uses HP to increase MP.
Cost: 50 HP
Magic Charge: Increases MP a little.
Cost: 0 HP May fail.
Sage:
Attack Magic:
Lightning: Electrical attack
(damages opponent)
Cost: 5 MP
Fireball: Fire attack magic
(damages opponent)
Cost: 8 MP
Energy Drain: Attack and restoration magic
(Recovers HP, damages opponent)
Cost: 10 MP May fail.
Support Magic:
Healing: Restoration Magic
(Recovers HP)
Cost: 20 MP
Hold: Makes opponent unable to move for a little while
Cost: 10 MP
Blade Sharp: Increases attack power
Cost: 8 MP
Werecat:
Special Abilities:
Life Check: Investigate Opponent's HP
Charge: Power up
Love and Peace: Reset yours and opponent's HP and MP
to initial levels
Secret Attacks:
Cat Claw: Wind attack
(damages opponent)
Cost: 20 HP
Desperation: If fortunate, inflicts major damage.
Cost: 10 HP
Paralyze Attack: Attack that may paralyze opponent.
Cost: 1 HP
Now, strategies. These are different for each character,
and of course you are free to come up with your own. These are
just what I found best to be consistent.
To win:
Paladin:
Use 'Attack' and heal when needed (~20-30 HP)
I wouldn't bother using anything else.
Sage:
Cast 'Blade Sharp', then follow the same strategy
as the Paladin. However, since you are fighting the
Werecat it is possible to take much more damage.
Heal at 30-40 HP instead.
Werecat:
Use 'Cat Claw' until you are at ~20-30 HP.
Use 'Love and Peace' whenever the Paladin heals.
(This overrides the 20-30 HP limit)
Continue until something like this happens:
You use 'Cat Claw'
Paladin uses 'Sonic Blade'
You use 'Cat Claw'
That sequence of three events is a guaranteed win.
Cat Claw does 30+ damage at all times, and Sonic Blade
costs the Paladin 40 HP. This may take some time, but
it is a guaranteed victory. You may also win if you
use 'Cat Claw' twice and the Paladin does not heal as
her next action after the second 'Cat Claw'. In this
case a third 'Cat Claw' should finish things.
Winning/losing:
I found it easiest to win with the Werecat (see above)
and easiest to lose with either the Werecat or the
Paladin. Both the Werecat and the Paladin have an ability
that costs no HP/MP to use, and does no damage/doesn't heal.
Thus, simply use it until you've lost.
<CROWD QUIZ>
------------
A quiz on some of Crowd's other games. Only the first three
Questions/Answers are neccessary (either to pass or fail),
there's no bonus to answering 2 wrong and 3 right.

<STRIP KARAOKE>
---------------
You choose one of three songs to sing, and get a score based
on your choice. The object is to beat the score of the drunk
guy. His score is fixed. The key here is revealed later in the
game, but for the sake of completeness: The winning song is
always the one that starts with a vowel.
Aside from what is required for each individual ending,
you will receive CG for failing completely. (Sex scene,
Takuya-chan poses). Since I believe that any ending requiring
this minigame also requires that you win it, this means
saving beforehand and reloading.
In addition, there's an additional CG pose of the drunk guy
with the tie around his head. To get this, drag the contest
out as far as possible. I.e., lose twice and then win three
times. This will of course count as a win for the purposes
of your ending.
<SCRIPT QUIZ>

In Miyuki's Endings, she quizzes you on the play script.
If you've previously chosen 'Read it all the way through'
Then you've been given the answers already. I'm also not
sure this affects her endings, though I would guess you
indeed need to get the answers correct for her Best ending.
in any case, I answered them correctly for both paths.
Only the first three should be neccessary, but here are
all 5 of them:
Question 1: What is the name of the lead character in
Sarumakiss Spring?
Answer: Elliot
Question 2: What was the lead character's profession?
Answer: Street performer
Question 3: After jumping into Sarumakiss Spring, what
did the lead character turn into?
Answer: Hermaphrodite
Question 4: What did the lead character do right before
execution?
Answer: Gave a performance
Question 5: Who wrote Sarumakiss Spring?
Answer: Miyuki Watanabe
<ROCK SCISSORS PAPER>

The classic game. You choose one of the three choices,
Rock, Scissors or Paper, and so does one of the drunk
karaoke guys. And you hope you beat him. I suggest
saving before each round so that you can reload if you
didn't get the result you wanted. There seems to almost
be a pattern based on what your previous choice was,
but I'm too lazy to do that much replay for a minigame.
So consider it to be random and just engage in save/loading
until you get the results you want. You need to either win
6 times or lose 4 times. Extra CG for failing as per
STRIP KARAOKE -- there's no need to fail here if you've
already gotten the cg by failing there (and reloading).
<NAME THAT TUNE>
----------------
This was actually easier than I thought it was going to
be. You get a chance to listen to several of the in-game
songs, and then have a pop quiz on their names by
sound recognition. This seemed fairly random to me,
but several of the songs are quite distinct and easy to
recognise. If all else fails, save before each round to
achieve the desired result. Extra CG for failing as per
STRIP KARAOKE -- there's no need to fail here if you've
already gotten the cg by failing there (and reloading).

VI. Final Comments
Another great game from Peach Princess and Crowd
Ending 14 was the Bane of my existence, I must have gotten the
bloody thing 50 times before I finally got Miyuki's Best End.
