CHAPTER 1 - INTRODUCTION
************************
Welcome to my guide for Sam and Max Episode Two! With people like Valve taking
years to just make one episode, it's a darn good job Telltale aren't! OK, so the
Sam and Max episodes are only 2 hours long or so, but at least they're actually
coming out every month! Either way, Sam and Max Two sees Myra Stump, a talk
show host, who is keeping everyone hostage, and won't let Sam and Max onto stage
unless they're famous. Again, Sam and Max Episode Two isn't particularly hard,
with no puzzles that will get you shouting at the screen wondering what the heck
you're meant to do. Either way, here's a guide to Episode Two if you really
need it, and enjoy the game!

CHAPTER 2 - WALKTHROUGH

You will start inside Sam and Maxs office. Once the cut-scene has ended, head
outside. Head right over to Boscos Incovenience store. Talk to Bosco if you
wish, but when you're finished, take the SHAVING CREAM to the right. Before you
have chance to some Rat's steal it. Go outside and head to the Desoto, say AFTER
THOSE RATS! You will enter the driving mini-game, this time it's incredibly
simple. The Rats will dodge any of your bullets so shooting at them won't work
directly. Instead, shoot the left of them to make them move right, and shoot
right to make them go left. Sooner or later you will notice an orange sign in
the middle of the road, with a manhole infront of it. Simply shoot the rats and
make them fall into the hole. You will get the SHAVING CREAM back. Use the
DeSoto and head to the TV STUDIO.
Walk right and you will see a woman standing there. Talk to her, she reveals
she is the director. Ask her what she is doing, she will tell you she is
auditioning for Midtown Cowboys, a Sitcom. Ask her if you can audition. First
she will ask Sam to act as a Rabid dog. Use the SHAVING CREAM on Sam to do this.
Next, she wants Max to cry, so use the TEAR GAS LAUNCHER and shoot him. She will
hire you, so head onto the set. She will explain the show to you, and tell you
there isn't a script, you will have to make it up as you go along. Once you're
ready, begin filming. First, pick up the LAMP SHADE to the right, then use it on
the COW. Your landlord will come in, tell him your guest is OUR CHEF. Next, take
the PLATE off the table to the right, and use it with the COWPIE behind the cow.
Your landlord will come and pull the Cow's tail, say Moo Goo Gai Pan," a
delicious food. He will then head over to the plate and start eating. The
Director will give you a tape of the clip. Use the right door to get to the
cooking studio.
This one is incredibly simple and easy. Talk to the Director for some
information on the show if you want to. Either way, walk into the kitchen area
and you will be the shows presenters after using the pot. Max will ask you what
you're going to cook, reply with A CAKE! Now, you can choose any ingrediants
you want and any amount. Once you're finished, click on the oven icon on the
bottom left of the screen to cook the cake. Now, head left into the Sitcom stage
then go left again to the Embrassing Idol studio.
The Director allows Max to be a judge on the singing contest, Peepers, the only
contestant will get two votes, one from Specs, and the other off Whizzer. As
Sam, head right and take Peepers' lyrics, then return to the Midtown Cowboys
studio, and go into the Game Show Studio door.
Here you will see Hugh Bliss over to the right, so head over to him and talk to
him. Ask him to show you a MAGIC TRICK, and he will ask you to choose a colour
for him to turn into. Say Green, and ask for a photo. He will take a picture.
Soon, the Director asks Hugh to be the Game show host, head over to the left
podium to be the contestant. Say anything to the question to get it wrong, and
Hugh will leave his podium. Head over to it and take the QUESTION CARDS, then
place PEEPERS' LYRICS in them. Head over to the left podium again to have
another shot. He will ask if he is Blue, which he isn't, so say NO. You will win
a million dollars worth of Food Stamps. Now, head over to the Embarassing Idol
studio and head back to Town.
Head right and go into Bosco's Incovenience. Head left and use the CAKE on the
Condiments near the Not'Cho machine. Go and talk to Bosco, he has a VOICE
MODULATOR for sale, but it's one million dollars. Give him the FOOD STAMPS and
ask for it. Now, head outside and go to Sybil's. Give her the PHOTO WITH HUGH
BLISS (you did pick Green right?) and her newspaper will go on sale. Head over
to the front of Bosco's and take a newspaper (from the left stand). Head to
the DeSoto and go to the TV STUDIO.
You will have to win the Embarassing Idols show now, and if you get Sam to sing,
you still can't win. Max and Specs will vote for you, but Whizzer votes for
Peepers all the time. Give Whizzer the CAKE WITH KETCHUP ICING and he will
leave. Head to the microphone, and use the VOICE MODULATOR on Sam, and then use
the Microphone. Pick any title and lyrics you want. Sam will then get the
Recording Contract. Head over into the Game Show studio, and head into Myra's.
Say CAN WE COME IN, and CAN WE BE GUESTS ON YOUR SHOW?. She only wants famous
people, so say WE HAVE A RECORDING CONTRACT, WE HAVE A CLIP OF OUR SITCOM, and
WE'RE ON THE COVER OF A TABLOID. You will be invited in. Say I'D RATHER RELIVE
MY EMBARASSING IDOL GLORY. Use the VOICE MODULATOR on Sam, then use the BANJO.
TAlk to Myra and say ABOUT THAT PICTURE IN THE "TIMES"..., then THERE WAS
SOMEONE ELSE INVOVLED!, then say BESSY THE COW! to finish the game. Congrats on
finishing it, now move onto Episode Three, the Mole, the Mob and the Meatball!
