Trevor Chan's Restaurant Empire re-creates all the challenges of building and operating a restaurant franchise. Starting with nothing except some cash and a passion for food, you must build a restaurant form the bottom up--hire waiters, decorate, and even cook the meals. The game features three culinary capitals to operate in, five restaurant cuisines to choose from, and more than 30 different chefs to interact with. In this combination of business strategy and role-playing, you must buy, outsell, and underprice your competition.
