It's been too many years, I can't remember how to dupe, any help?

It's not exactly a competitive game. Even back when it first came out, when I played all the time, most people duped, quite a few people actually hacked & completely cheated. I never did all that, just got myself more stuff. But anyway I found a real answer on a different site, but I'm still having a hard time doing it without it taking forever. If anybody has any hints on how to dupe quicker it'd be appreciated.
