Does Defensive Matrix account for unit sizes?

When a unit with defensive matrix takes damage, does the shield take 100% damage from everything similar to a Protoss shield or does it account for unit sizes (such as a marine taking only 50% of the explosive damage of a siege tank)?

as far as i know a unit that is inside of the defense matrix can only get 1dmge while it is protected but keep in mind that the shield has its own hitpoints and won't last long from certain attacks (i.e. Yamato Gun)

A unit under the effect of a Defense Matrix will only take 1 damage from each attack it suffers. It only lasts for a set duration though, so either make it count or have extra SVs nearby to maintain it.

Ive been playing sc for 9 years and a defensive matrix takes 250 damage and/or lasts 30 seconds no matter the unit or size
