Does magic find work if your necro minions or mercs kill the enemy?

If you have magic find equipped to your character and you have minions and a mercenary, if you henchmen do all the work does your magic find still apply.

If your Necromancer's minions get the kills for you, your own MF% is counted. If your mercenary gets the kills, his MF% is added to your own MF%.

Answer

I believe that summons follow your MF, while Mercs follow yours in addition to any they wear themselves.

Not 100% sure though.

Answer

Necromaner Minions (Skeletons, Skeleton Mages, Golems, and Revives) all have the same amount of Magic Find as your character.

If your MERCENARY makes the kill, the magic find is equal to his/her MF PLUS your MF.

Answer

I'm 100% sure of that.

If your summons kill, then only your character's Magic Find is used.

If you merc kills, then your character's Magic Find + your merc's Magic Find are both added together.

Answer

I'm agreeing with most of the post's here, if your mercenary makes the kill, the kill is equivalent to yours and the merc's MF.
