I cannot install. Gets fatal error 1603? I'm using Windows Vista

statusVista itself might be your problem. I had Vista and it would not
install a fair amount of the older games I like to play one of
favorites being S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyll. Try
Fileplanet.com see if they might have a patch.
