The game seems to claim that it can import .jpg files, but every time I try to import one I get an error message: "Image File is Corrupt." I've tried resizing the image to 256x256 pixels and moving it to (username)/team fortress 2/tf/materials/VGUI (and ...VGUI/logos), but I still get the same message. I've read that Valve's sprays have a special extension, but do I HAVE to use it?
Try changing the extension to a bitmap. I had the same problem with a few of my sprays until I did that.
