Medal of Honor Allied Assault
Question from kerbes
Asked on: 11/1 9:53PMThe program seems to load just fine, but when I attempt to play I get an error message that "the program has encountered a problem and needs to close" at the gray screen.
So far EA has not been able to help with an answer, they keep going back to possible installation problems which I don't think I have (I have installed and reinstalled 3 times).
I originally attempted to get help from the opening screen through the EASy_EA support system and then directly through the EA Support on their website. No luck so far and it has been nearly 3 months.
This is what has been sent to EA:
X_CASE_DESCRIPTION: KeyCode 1505-1416240-4346356-9142 - After intalling the COMPLETE program (which is supposed to eleminate the need for a CD in the drive) I get the Error Message that a problem has been encountered and needs to close...
Additional info: AppName: mohaa.exe; v: 1.0.0.1; Mod v: 0.0.0.0; Offset: 5458455f.
My system: Dell Dimension 2400 P4 2.53 GHz, 40 gb HDD, 1gb RAM, EGVA Nvidia 6200 256 mb video, Aureal Vortex 8830 sound, Windows XP 2002 with Service Pack 2, Samsung 19" LED monitor
Other information from the Error Report Contents includes:
Exception Information Code: 0xc0000005 Flags: 0x00000000
Record: 0x0000000000000000 Address: 0x000000005458455f
System Information
Windows NT 5.1 ***(THIS IS INCORRECT, SHOULD BE XP)*** Build:
2600 CPU Vendor Code: 756E6547 - 49656E69 - 6E6576E
CPU Version: 00000f29 CPU Feature Code: BFEBFBFF
CPU AMD Feature Code: 00D0E824
Then it lists information for Modules 1-42 and Thread 1
I certainly would like to be able to play this game! I have also installed the Moh Pacific Assault and it seems to run just fine.
Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank, Ken

statusFo you have Windows XP?
maybe thats it.
And did you check Google or Yahoo.
It could be something to do with your graphics/video card, your computer may be out of date, or there might be a corrupt file.
Do you have the CD for it?
And have you run it with that CD?
