I'm pretty sure that you can drop depth charges but i don't really remember.
There are submarines but only on online and only on a couple of conquest maps such as Midway and GuadalCanal and i think that's it. There isn't any on single player or coop online.

statusYes you can have a sub but only on some maps like patrick said midway..But i found one hiding in Iwo Jima somewhere in a cornor but other then that no..
