how do i equiq the silencer to my pistols and how do i use the Tactical Shield to block bullets?
right click (is default anyway, check your key bindings in the options menu to make sure). This does both of the things you were wondering about--also that means that if you have a pistol with alt. fire and a Tactical Shield, you cannot use the pistol's alt. fire. Right clicking will bring up the shield.
