Black & White 2
Question from Jug_and_Arch
Asked on: 12/7 5:38PMMy creature is completely free and i usually never use him. i dont want him to be a slave or a machine. what does he do when that happends? just stand there?
If you leave your Creature free he/she will do what ever you have trained him to do and what he likes to do. You can train him by sellecting the education hat in the task bar and select various activities like play with people and weightlift trees and depending on what you want him/her to do praise him so he enjoys to do said task or slap him so he hates said task.
If you assign a creature tasks to do like gather and warrior, he/she loses free will, which just means they won't do much if left themselves and require you to instruct them.
There really is no option better then the other they all depend on you and what you decide will suit your rule. I have mine on free will all the time cause he does things that I like him to do with out me having to leash him. But this has a down side for occasionally if my city is attacked my creature won't defend my city. So the decision is up to you.

statusNear as I can tell from playing the game - Absolutely nothing. Your creature will just be less likely to come up with stuff to do on his own and more likely to act upon decisions you've already made about behavior. If you really get worried, just don't use him for a specific role for a while and he'll go back to being more free.
If you make your creature do a role he will mostly stick to that roll until you give him another roll for example if you give him the job of the gather he will gather most of the time
They will just keep doing the role they were stuck on until you change it to free will and make its free will go up
