My Mini-bomb won't work. I dunno how to get past!

statusYou need to, in order, arm the bomb, then drop it, then use the detonator to make it go boom. All of this can be done from the quick inventory that you get when you press and hold Q.

I drop the bomb first then I arm it with the bomb remote.
The last time I tried to arm then drop, it exploded immediately.
