Where do I become a ninja and where is the town located?
You become a ninja in Amatsu in almost all versions of RO.
In iRO you can talk to the Ninja that is next to the merchants guild in Alberta, and, if you are at least a job lvl 9 novice, he will warp you to Amatsu for free.
