What, specifically, can Super Novice weild with the Soul Link?

I wanna make a build that's really strong, but I keep reading in places that Super Novice can wield 2-handed staffs, 2-handed axes, and 2-handed swords with the soul link. On top of that, people keep saying the level 4 weapons only applies to the dagger in the description.

What I'm trying to ask is, what EXACTLY can I wield, so I can map out my build before the long grind to 99?

Clarification: Please indicate the name of the server your are playing.
[Country?] - [Official/Non-Official] - [Private/Public]
A very good player maybe able to answer your question better if you both belong in the same server.
Or. You can refer your question to the "server's" website (All Official, Country and Some Public servers have websites.
Since Ragnarok Online is a very easy game to manipulate, a majority of Private, Non-Official and Public servers can easily change this option.

I know the best starter weapons i used for a SN was the Cinquedea and Town Sword they are special novice weapons that have an attack of 110-160 and they're pretty cheap
