I got to the point where I got a warrant for Leslie Handleman and David McLadden. I've collected and analyzed all the evidence I can find, but I'm still unable to ask Leslie if she used the Kamawa (or Komawa) tool to sabotage the motorcycle and get a warrant for Cory Muzotti. Please help me. Thank you.

There is a bug regarding this specific mission. If you really have analyzed the break in the spring and have compared tool marks, then you may have to restart the mission. Seems this is triggered by a specific event and it's very hard to replicate, and never solved.
