I know that you go to Solstheim, but I haven't found any and I searched the whole island.

statusYou dont find them you must gain the respect of the cheiftan and he will ask of favors then you do them and i beleive the 4th or 5th werewolves will attack the village then you will learn that you were bitten and thats how sorry its been a while.
