First off, turn OFF automatic restarts after the BSOD

Next you want to copy down the code in the top left and check what the error message is

Another thing you could try before that is installing starcraft in safe mode, but that doesn't really solve the root of your problems
Also, with such an old computer it's probably time to consider upgrading (or at least backing up your files)
Try registering the game on Blizzard Accounts and then downloading and installing that version of the game.
