Baldur's Gate

They have to be of a particular height/width but I'm not sure what those are off the top of my head although you can probably find it easy enough and I know that you need two pictures. A large (24 bit) one and a small (8 bit) one. Once you have those (either made by you or found on the web) you then go into your baldur's gate folder and have a look at the various folders in there (characters, override etc), your looking for a folder labelled Portraits, if it isn't there create one. Then all you need to do is put the images into that folder and they'll appear when you click the custom button at which point you pick the large image and the small one and there you go.
