Don't do anything illegal. Get another copy if you can't find yours.
If i remember correctly, the law on ROM Emulations is that if you DON'T own the game, you must delete the ROM within 24 hours of getting it, but are free to use it within those 24 hours. If you DO own the game, you can legally own a ROM of said game (regardless of how you obtain the ROM).
