Ok it type in the whole kit and kaboodle in the propeties target thing i click ok then it says target name is not valid. what should i do?

Ok thats working now but when i press the ~ key it dosent work

statusIt should be looked like this:
''C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\CoDSP.exe'' +set thereisacow 1337 +set developer 1 +set sv_cheats 1 +set monkeytoy 1
Before you write "+set thereisacow 1337", make sure that you placed a space there

You have to enable the console first. Look at the option screen, in the save/interact section (if i wasn't wrong) there is an option to enable the console
