i need help in the qeust called '' Regents Riddle'' and i was reading a Game FAQ and it said facing Ventrue Tower turn right and continue and there is sun like graffiti with a skull in it and i cant seem to find it anywhere.
If you found the graffiti with the skull, the regent's building is immediately to the left when facing the graffiti. Look up and you should see this purple glowy thing in the window of the correct building.
