What does each color of the name of an item means?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Grey is below average
White is average
Blue is above average
Purple is quite above average
Gold/yellow is amazing

statusThere are different colors because they have different stats for them. Go to shops and look at the different in bonuses to get a better idea. is that what you mean?

Just to add to that...
I believe blue means 5 or more stats above average, purple means 20 or more, and yellow is 40 or more.
Orange items are scrolled but with low boosts (usually 100%'d items).
Also, I'm pretty sure 5 points of HP = one normal stat, not sure about defense.
