Is it possible to stop the Mascots and Cheer leaders from randomly dropping in at university? i really do find them irritating.
If you have Open for Business or any newer pack you can lock doors - I don't know if that keeps them out, though.
If it doesn't work, or if you don't have any of those expansions, you could try the Visitor Controller here: http://www.simbology.com/smf/index.php/topic,17.0.html
It lets you ban all sorts of Sims from lots, including mascots and cheerleaders.
