The Sims 2 University

Make sure that at least one community lot in your university and/or your neighbourhood has the Gadget Kiosk.

If none of the lots have one, build a new community lot with a kiosk or install one at an existing lot through neighbourhood view.
Just visit the lot and purchase it in Buy Mode -- don't worry though, no families will be charged for the kiosk.

Then take a taxi or car (in Nightlife) to that community lot and click on the kiosk to buy the electronic goods.

Well there are gadget kiosks available in every Student Union Centres in all the University Campuses.

However I think the gadget kiosk in Veronaville is in 5 Pentameter Parkway..at the right side area.
