When the fast running guys come out of the boxes whats the easiest way to kill them?

statusWhen they first jump out, try using time stop or slow. Time stop will freeze them, while slow will at least let you keep up with them so you can score a few hits. Try using something heavy when fighting flash guards to take them out before you run out of time power.

Use the the alternate fire of the E.M.F. rifle (red lazer gun thingy, trigger charges up the weapon) or the crossbow to kill them in 1-2 shots right after activating time slow / time stop.
