It shuts off? any errors? if so patching it to 1.3 (or higher if you have immortal throne) might fix it. That worked for me anyway.
Uf there are no errors then it could indeed be alot of things

statusWhat do you mean it shuts off? Because if you mean it shuts off after a bit of playing you have two possible problems I can think of.
Overheating video card... and if that isnt the case try disabling Vsync, the game has problems with it for some reason. You can find that option in the graphic/video options within the game.
If your gaming is just shutting off right after you open it then it could be a variety of problems.
