I cheated to get that sword and it says i have other powers to use and she wont let me use it. my talents are maxed also. it also says that on other weapons (i think).
To use it, you need to be purified in the Sanctuary when you return to Stonehelm for the last time (Chapter 9). To do this, you need to make sure Leanna survives in the previous chapter.
