How can I activate the cheats? I can't!

I do everything that Cheats section says, but I can't turn on the cheats.
What's wrong?

When I try to save a notepad CFG file, including this one, a message always appear saying that it's impossible to create the file.

Forget everything.
I looked at a closed topic and now I enabled devmode.

just go to to Program Files\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Game\Config, you'll see the following files: diff_easy.cfg, diff_normal.cfg, diff_hard.cfg, and diff_bauer.cfg
open one of them with notepad depending on the difficulty your playing and enter the cheats at the bottom of the page
thats how i got my cheats working
