Madden NFL 07

I have Madden '07 and EA Sports is telling me my computer is in this mode and needs to changed to normal mode. They cannot telll me how to do this. Anybody know? I am running XP Home edition on a dsektop computer. Thanks for any help given.

Sorry. There is a typo in the question. I actually have Madden '08 not "07
