Hi,
I would like to know if there's still a way to get a rules.ini file like in previous versions of the game,or another mean to modifiy various games variables (units,buildings or more technical stuffs).
Okay,I found the answer: the MOD SDK.
But it seems much more harder to use.
Too bad.
