Asked on: 11/29 8:41PMok so i sufficient food/cloth and all the houses were under the influence (for lack of a better word) of the church and when i clicked on the houses all the needs were full so i walked away from the game to let it work for itself and i came back like 30 mins later and all the houses were still pioneer houses and they hadnt been upgraded yet. and the resources were unlocked to the people so they could have upgraded but they didnt. Does anyone know why this would happen and anything i did wrong? or anything i didnt do to stunt the upgrading? Thankyou In Advance!

statusClick on any of the houses and check the tax bar:
Dark Green = The population will increase until houses are full and they will upgrade if available automatically over time.
Light Green = The population will increase until houses are full.
Yellow = The population will stay the same
Orange = People will begin leaving
Red = Riots or something (?) not sure
