Video Card: 256 MB DirectX 10.0compliant video card or DirectX 9.0compliant card with Shader Model 3.0 or higher (see supported list)*

These are the specs per Ubisoft's website. I've played it on Windows 7 and it works.
here's my specs not that great but it gets the job done:

If you play with the specs that came with your comp it will go super slow...i have it and the game works, but its a low framerate and slow scenes
