statusThe 360 version of Gears of War was never rated (thus effectively banned) in Germany because it was said too be too violent.
The PC version contains just as much violence as the Xbox 360 version, if not more, so the PC version remains unrated and, therefore, unreleased in Germany.

No it wasn't, but you could always import a copy.
