?Problem with Starting Game

Every time it try to start the game it restarts my computer Any idea why?

Another weird thing is that the desktop icon doesn't have the right picture.

Make sure steam is installed properly and you're running a legit version of the game. Try using the steam interface to uninstall and reinstall it.
