Asked on: 10/8 5:15PMI talked to Forester, then I went to the army warehouses, killed the bloodsuckers, heard the radio transmission at the tower, then I go back to talk to forester and when I get there an emission happens and I go in to Forester's building, after the emission passes I go to talk to him but he's not there and the PDA says "Talk to forester". What do I do?

I've tried it and it was still the same. I've gone to the army warehouses and back a few times and nothing, he still won't apear in his room. Pretty frustrating.

statusI just had a similar problem with him after getting something he asked for (don't want to explain cuz it might be a spoiler). I exited his room and went outside then walked around for a few seconds and went back to his room and he was there. Hopefully this helps.
