I'm thinking about buying Mass Effect for PC but would like to know if the game works with a game controler or keyboard & mouse controlled?

statusNo. Mass Effect cannot be played with a gamepad but you can get joy2key which you can setup to use your gamepad instead of a mouse and key config. Just config joy2key with the keyboard and mouse inputs to your gamepad.
