I can't find out how to do it on PC version.
There's no real way to do either at the moment.

statusIf your talking about the online races you can do it but only in the unranked matches, just add a round and when the race appears there's an option to edit the checkpoints and also to save your custom race.

actually I came here to ask this question, regarding MUSIC tracks. anyone have info on that?
