How do Irun and play the game?

I have downloaded and saved the game.But when I to launch it says that i have to re-install the game.

So Reinstall It Or A Virus caught ur game and crapped it

open the folder that you have installed the game in you'll find an application called BurnoutParadise (43,016 KB) click on it and the game launches.
